We are liable for the proper execution of the order by telephone, verbally or in writing. There is no liability for loss due to unforeseeable events or force majeure. Orders that are ordered via SMS, we can not accept. We can only partially guarantee a punctual pick-up from the airport. In case of arriving too early and in bad weather or traffic conditions, we ask our customers to wait for the taxi or to contact us on +43/664/5001212 or +43/664/5001213. IMPORTANT: If your machine is delayed, contact us as soon as possible. Of course, this is only possible if the delay is already known at the departure airport. If you want to cancel the trip, this must be done 24 hours before the pick-up time at the airport. If you do not cancel and do not use the ordered trip, we still have to charge the agreed amount due to the travel costs. We are not liable for objects left in the vehicle. Persons or objects that endanger or impair the safety of other passengers or driving personnel are excluded from carriage. Decisions relating to this are reserved to the driver. We ask you to let us know when ordering if you have a lot or very large luggage (for example skis / snowboards). If we have not been informed, we can not guarantee that there is enough space in the car to carry the luggage. When traveling to the airport, we assume no liability for missed flights, if a punctual arrival due to weather or traffic conditions was not possible. The specified pickup and arrival addresses must be observed. Break claims on the part of the passengers do not exist. However, in danger or emergency situations, a break in the journey is possible without a claim for damages by the passengers against the transport company being asserted. We are not liable for incorrect addresses, flight numbers, departure, pick-up or arrival times. For errors, typing or transmission errors, we make no guarantee. By ordering the carriage order, in writing or verbally, the passenger accepts our general terms and conditions of carriage. Since we always strive to plan the trips carefully, seasonal demand and customer orders can not be predicted or calculated, it can sometimes happen that even with timely pre-order no spare capacity is available, and therefore the transfer can no longer be accepted.
