Contract of carriage
Your booking is considered binding once confirmed by us in writing. Please ensure you check the accuracy of the details in the booking confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect contact details, addresses, flight numbers, departure, pick-up or arrival times.
Pick up from the airport
Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board in the arrivals hall after you have passed through customs. If your flight arrives early please remain in the arrivals area. In the unlikely event of you being unable to locate our driver as agreed, please remain in arrivals and contact us on 00 43 66 45 00 13 13.
If you have booked a shared transfer, there may be a waiting time for the arrival of other passengers of up to 90 minutes. Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on immediately after landing, to allow our driver to advise of any waiting time.
By carefully controlling our arrival and parking area, we try to avoid parking fees. However, where applied, these are payable by the passenger on departure from the parking area.
If your plans change, cancellations can be accepted without penalty up to 12 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the confirmed pick-up time, and no-shows will be charged at the full agreed transfer price.
Payment should be made direct to the driver by cash or credit card.
Special luggage and child seats
Bulky and special baggage must be advised to us in advance to ensure the use of an appropriate vehicle. We only carry ski racks or child seats if ordered in advance.
No responsibility is accepted for property left in the vehicle. Passengers or objects that may endanger the safety of drivers, other passengers will be denied carriage.
Any flight delays must be notified to us immediately. We accept no liability for delays due to unforeseeable events or force majeure that may lead to a missed flight.
In confirming in transport agreement, the passenger shall be bound by our general terms and conditions of carriage.
